It's been a little while since I last posted any pictures. Here are a few black and white photos that I have taken in the past couple of years. Now that spring is here I will be able to get out and get newer photos.

Experiments With Lighting

I was experimenting with light on this series of photos of a flower from an arrangement I got for my wife. I find it very interesting how the position of the flash can change the photo in some very surprising ways.

Park Pictures On Occoquan Creek

These are pictures that I took when I first purchased my Nikon D-3000 camera. These structures are in a park across the Occoquan Creek from the quaint little town of Historic Occoquan, Virginia.

Nags Head Early Morning

Last summer while in Nags Head N.C. I got up early one morning and had a very exciting adventure sitting on the beach with my camera ready! These are in order as the sun rose above the horizon.
